The healthAIR Group's State of Michigan accredited asbestos inspectors and management planners provide all "Designated Person" responsibilities such as mandatory annual notifications, awareness training, 6-month periodic surveillances and 3-year reinspections. Specification Development/Bidding & Contract Services

The healthAIR Group's State of Michigan accredited asbestos inspectors and project designers develop comprehensive asbestos abatement job specifications and conduct all bidding and contract services. Services include project design, specification development, pre-bid visits/meetings, contractor interviews and contractor recommendations. Our contract services include such items as field/change order documentation and financial record keeping activities.

Project Management & Air Monitoring/Analysis Services

The healthAIR Group's Air Monitoring Technicians and Environmental Consultants are all trained in the NIOSH 582 asbestos fiber counting equivalency course. The healthAIR Group's technicians have extensive experience conducting project management and air sampling analysis services on large and small asbestos abatement projects. All of The healthAIR Group's technicians are required to attend a rigorous in-house Project Management and Air Monitoring course, NIOSH 582 course and an Asbestos Record Keeping course.
